Company Overview

Raysett Constructions has established an envious reputation in low rise commercial construction focusing on the North and Western suburbs of Melbourne and Central and Northern Victoria. We have completed a diverse range of projects with a strong focus on the education sector. We are pre-registered with the Construction Supplier Register for works to $8 million, Wyndham City Council, the Catholic Education Office and have numerous clients for whom we have undertaken multiple projects and are considered to be their builder of choice.

Our company has the pleasure of working with a select team of dedicated long serving employees. Our Site Managers and Sub-contractors from the region are backed up by experienced Project Managers and a hands on approach from the company Directors. Each project is serviced by a full time Site Manager to control and coordinate the day to day operations including responsibility for quality control, time constraints and occupational health and safety. Our Project Managers take overall control of the project team and have responsibility for programming, financial management, stakeholder management, industrial relations and progress claims.

We pride ourselves on our safety record and to date have not had any notifiable incidents relating to our employees. We have a comprehensive Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Procedures Manual and conduct site specific safety inductions for all site workers. All of our employees are trained via the recognised Construction Card induction system and all hold first aid qualifications, with most also holding nationally recognised Occupational Health and Safety qualifications. Workers on school projects are also hold a current Working with Children Card.
